On October 3rd, Judith’s Reading Room donated 50 copies of one of Dr. Lisette Caesar’s books in her Little Lizzie Series to each kindergarten scholar at Mosaic Preparatory Academy. The third grade scholars were “tasked” with handing out the books to the kindergartners. This act of kindness on the part of the third graders demonstrated their love of reading to the younger ones.
“The kids who received the books were very happy to receive them, but the kids who had the most fun were the kids distributing them,” said Ms. Deborah Howe.
